How do I return Clothing items?

Return/Exchange Policy

    • NEED TO RETURN? Unworn, unwashed clothing may be returned for a full store credit of the actual purchase price as long as the tags are attached. We must receive your merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was placed.
    • Returns = Store Credit. Within 3-5 business days of receiving your return we will credit your account so you can go shopping again. Store Credit must be redeemed within 60 days of original purchase.
    • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged or beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will NOT be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
    • Make sure your order number or packing slip is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. USPS is typically the most cost effective way to ship. All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Excessive returns may result in a 15% Restock fee.

 Defective or Damaged Merchandise

    • SOMETHING WRONG? Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 2 days at (702) 337-2727 so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns, items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement.

    • All Items with CLEARANCE in the name are FINAL Sale items.
    • DUE TO HYGENIC PURPOSES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS: EARRINGS, NECKLACES, BRACELETS, WATCHES, LEGGINGS, CAPRIS, UNDERGARMENTS, HAIR ACCESSORIES. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.
